What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact

customer service at 210-497-0713 no later than 6PM within

48 hours of your purchase. Furniture must be picked up 

in excellent condition. Refund will be issued within 48 hours

of furniture pickup.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

What is curbside delivery?

When ordering curbside delivery, furniture is delivered

in boxes curbside only. Delivery people will not move furniture

elsewhere.Furniture does not come assembled.

Assembly service is available.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery is usually between 3-5 business days. If furniture is out

of stock, allow 7-10 business days for furniture delivery. It is best

to call ahead of time to ensure your item is in stock & available for fast delivery.

How much do you charge to deliver?

 What type of wood is the furniture made of? 

Most of our funiture is made of Rubberwood. Rubberwood is a hardwood from the maple family of woods Rubberwood has very little tendancy to warp or crack Rubberwood-Eco Friendly ! Rubberwood is often the most misunderstood species of wood in the furniture industry. The name rubberwood invokes a variety of misconceptions as to it's features and to it's durability. Rubberwood (also called Parawood in Thailand) is the standard common name for the timber of Hevea brasiliensis. In fact, rubberwood is one of the more durable lumbers used in the manufacturing of today's home furnishings. As a member of the maple family, rubberwood has a dense grain character that is easily controlled in the kiln drying process. Rubberwood has very little shrinkage making it one of the more stable construction materials availabe for furniture manufacturing.
